Tech was great but Sears sucks after 40 years of buying sears no more was told 10 year warranty on compressor and then told 1 year? $1175 to fix compressor??? Do not buy from Sears . Go to home depot or lowes! The sears we knew is gone!

Thomas was great and knew the issue right away as I shared the problem ahead of time. He had the part on hand. His performance is a 5. However, I am still in shock with the price. The part was #38.00, the labor $299.00 and a $50.00 cleaning fee. Personally, I think the cleaning should have been part of the service. Next time I will shop around but will not take it out on Thomas.

Tom, the technician is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The office recording, on the other hand needs revamping!It NEVER RECOGNIZES ANY OF MY PHONE NUMBERS that I have supplied a number of times!!

The technician was right on target. However the scheduling department was a disaster. It took them 10 attempts to properly schedule my repair. Again I say the repair was spot on. 1 800 4my home was horrendous.
