He did the best he could It is still louder than it should be it's still not right I am tired of being treated like a third class citizen when I call for help your service guys are amazing the people on the phone I would like to choke total disrespect to the customer and no accountability so they just keep getting away with it I am going to call the better business bureau My washer still is not right and I am ver upset but again nothing will be done I know I won't hear from anyone because you don't care you just want the money and hire outsourced help that treat customers like trash Again your service guys have always been amazing Customer service not so much and you don't care So when you finally replace my washer after it floods my house and you will pay for that also if you treated people right t hi s wouldn't happen I am very disappointed and disgusted with this company I will continue to call when the washer is not functioning properly and you will continue to fix it and that's that again in the case of further damage to my home you will be responsible for that as well
