HORRIBLE!! The Sears Appliance Repair service is the most disorganized, chaotic business I have had the displeasure of working with. The technicians were great (5 stars) but the company has a complete lack of organization. It took us 8 weeks to get a simple part installed because the technician would order the part and then somewhere in the organization they would cancel the order. They schedule appointments without consulting the client. They cancel appointments without consulting the client. When they do schedule an appointment the times don't match between the text we received and what is posted on their website. You click a link to reschedule an appointment and the link is inoperable. It takes forever to talk to a customer service representative - who isn't able to do anything anyway. After 8 weeks we FINALLY were able to talk to a supervisor. This company is just a shambles. I hope my appliances continue to work well because I hope to never deal with this company again in the future.
