My appointment on the 12th was canceled I got another one, on March 26th they showed up in excellent job very courteous.

Appointment was cancelled without notice. The reason may have been severe storms in the area. It was difficult to get human communication. When we did get contact repairs were rescheduled with friendly and helpful repair person .

On the fence, but my washing machine did get fixed.. Technician called and said he'd be to my house between 2:50-3:30. He arrived at 2:00. Okay, no big deal. He asked if the part had arrived (door boot for front loader) I had no idea they even ordered any parts, and had not received any.. I asked why I would need a door boot for a shaking washing machine, and was told it sometimes helps with the shaking (I know nothing about washing machines, but this doesn't sound right to me, and I've looked into it and haven't found anything that says that.. so right there I felt lied to.) I was told once the part came, they would come back, thought that was the end of it. 10 minutes later, I received a call from the tech explaining that they had the wrong service address and I didn't, need any parts and that he was coming back. He came back and was able to find the issue within 2 minutes and fix it. I was only charged for the trip and not for any labor because the fix was so easy and because of the mix up. My washer is fixed, but the experience was not the greatest, not sure I would use them again.

The repairman visited my home 5/12/26, he order a part for the washer which was delivered on 5/13/26. It took seven rescheduled appointments by Sears Appliances Repair to complete the job. The reason for the rescheduling was the were waiting for the part to be delivered despite several calls to the customer service to alert them that the part had been delivered. The repair was not completed until 5/26/26 and not until canceling the contract with Choice Home Warranty the company that hired Sears Appliance Repair. I will never use this service again....

On November 24th 2024 the came and fixed my whirlpool refrigerator. It cost me $663 which included the diagnostic fee. 33 days later I encountered the same issue. I called them back and they told me it would be another $129 for the diagnostic fee and a fee for parts and labor. What they did prior was only guaranteed for 30 days. They weren’t going to get another dime out of me. Crooks🤬
