Jacob called before his service visit and was very professional, informing me what would be expected of the service and my rights as a customer regarding service fee, etc,. I immediately felt at ease as Jacob was the consummate Sears technician. He talked me through everything to help me understand what was wrong with my appliance. He talked me through options and was thorough and fast. Very professional and friendly. So happy I contacted Sears for this repair! Thanks Jacob! Thanks Sears!

Jacob was the most pleasant service repair tech. I have ever encountered and was informative in his explanation of what was wrong with my washing machine. He helped turn around a day of frustration to being bearable. :)
