Harel the Sears technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional! He took the time to locate the issue with the ice maker and water dispenser and fixed/resolved the problem! Great Sears Technician! I hope to get him again should we have any other issues or repairs needed!!

There was nothing to repair when they come. There was only one window ac that was not working, but they said that it is the responsibility of another company not theirs unfortunately. They told us they will contact the company responsible.

Call prior to reaching. Put on shoe slippers before entering home. Although issue is not fixed diagnostics reveal that the vow that allows the refrigerant to go through was stuck and I apart needed to be ordered and replaced. Very professional and appear to know his skills and trade.
