Tech showed up and did a diagnostic only on ac unit. Unfortunately he did not have a ladder to do the repair so it was transferred. Good tech with good customer service. Only thing I would suggest is to equip techs to do the whole job as I can’t take multiple days off to have techs come in and do the repair.

The service man was courteous and worked thoroughly to asses the issue and was able to recalibrate the washing machine. He also provided guidance on how to use our machine going forward. Great job!!

I am not please with the company. I was promised someone would be out on Friday and they never showed up but cancelled the order instead. The repairman who came today was very good and explained everything
