Mr. Harel my technician has been working on my refrigerator issue since 2024. My issue started since 2022 and it has not stopped or be resolved. Every year I have the same issue. I'm glad Mr Harel is empathetic to my situation. He should be sent to everyone's house because he helps! Although the situation is not fixable, he helped be a good listening ear and give advice. Thanks Mr. Harel. The Lord Jesus will bless you and your family.

Harel (technician) was awesome! Called me asking if he can come earlier than scheduled appointment. Called again when he arrived. Diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, showed me the issue, and fixed it perfectly. A+++

Jacob called before his service visit and was very professional, informing me what would be expected of the service and my rights as a customer regarding service fee, etc,.
