The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.He did a great job.I have service maintenance for washer and dryer.When I called to make the appointment.They gave me a discount which was not in the system therefore I was charged the full price .It was very unfair to me.I will recommend to have a lively person in the customer service not a virtual technician who doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Mr. Harel my technician has been working on my refrigerator issue since 2024. My issue started since 2022 and it has not stopped or be resolved. Every year I have the same issue. I'm glad Mr Harel is empathetic to my situation. He should be sent to everyone's house because he helps! Although the situation is not fixable, he helped be a good listening ear and give advice. Thanks Mr. Harel. The Lord Jesus will bless you and your family.

Harel (technician) was awesome! Called me asking if he can come earlier than scheduled appointment. Called again when he arrived. Diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, showed me the issue, and fixed it perfectly. A+++
