I am very grateful that Jacob worked late to repair my washer. I live in Bayside and am always the last stop on the route, often resulting in my appointment being cancelled after I waited from 8AM to 5PM. I wish Sears would stop overbooking repair appointments, and I hope the repairmen are being paid overtime when they have to work until 7PM or beyond.

My Kenmore refrigerator bottom filter housing became defective and was leaking, so I had to shut off water supply to fridge. Anyway, one technician came and inspected fridge and ordered filter housing on 12/12/23. The part came yesterday and today 12/18/23, technician came to the house and changed the part and inserted the filter. Now refrigerator is working beautifully.
