The repair tech did a very good job; however, I gave him two-star because I went into the kitchen just in time to see him put my kitchen rug over a piece of broken glass and he had the nerve to tell me that the broken glass was under the stove that's the reason he put the rug on top of it.

Do not use Sears Home Services (Sears Home Protect) ever. They never answer a call. They have cancelled my appointment 3x before showing up. Only to say "not covered". Apparently they will cover any age appliance but they will not repair it. Horrible customer service. Horrible practices. A rip off in my opinion.

Terrible service for heating system repair under Choice home warranty. Said they knew the problem and part needed but then told Choice warranty they couldn’t repair it and cancelled the service without telling me. Do not use them for heating service!

Technician arrived but did not want to come inside my home to see the work to be done demanding service fee before starting. He refused to accept the form of payment that is stated in the work order and he cancelled the work order. He left me hanging without any recourse. Very poor attitude and a disservice to the brand name of Sears that I have trusted for so many years.

I waited a month for this appointment. I left an adult in the home. The technician refused to move the refrigerator to have access to the back. He also said he saw no leak when I just dried up the floor that morning. Now in order to reschedule I must speak to ai Samantha. Give me strength. This is so stressful. Oh by the way this is a master plan and I keep getting scheduled for a regular sears repair where I'm expected to pay out of pocket. Can't speak to a human.
