Terrible: I wrote exactly what was wrong with the AC unit and the repairman was sent over with none of the information. He told me exactly what I told Sears online, and said it couldn’t be repaired because the parts are not available. Why do I need to miss a day of work and lose $100 to be told exactly what I told Sears and hired you to repair?!!! In the future I will hire repairmen that speak to you on the phone instead of a company that does not share info with its own employees and wastes everyone’s time.

I gave a rating of 1 as negative was not on the rating scale. He did not fix the issue. I called at 5:18pm and spoke with Vincent to inform him that it was not fixed. He told me the tech would return said date to fix the issue. The technician was a no call no show. I called back at 7:53pm to inquire on the status and was told by Trace that the technician would not be returning as it’s beyond work hours. I told him the previous technician specialist lied as he told me the repair person would be returning today. I requested to speak with a supervisor, was placed on hold however no supervisor came on the line. Per Trace they are busy. I requested that a supervisor give me a call back and is waiting. Overall this rating is a triple negative 100. I would never refer anyone to Sears nor do future business. Next appointment given is 1/7 between 1-5pm. I am now inconvenienced due to Sears lying staff. At this point I should be compensated by Sears. Patiently awaiting a callback from Sears. Thank you, Sophia

You had me wait for a month for a part for my oven and it never came though due to the fact it was an absolute part. You company never informed me about this. Now my technician is unable to fix my stove. Now I need a new Stove. Your communication with customers services is horrible. In the future DO NOT KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK

RIPPING CUSTOMERS. Did not repair my Dishwasher. But they charge me $140. Very disappointed. Sears made a visit & told me they don't service my brand Blomberg. They should know before they come. I gave my Brand & model number prior to the appointment. I CALLED SEARS 3 TIMES TO GET A REFUND. 4 WEEKS NOW. NO REFUND.

I have been waiting since July 17 2025 to get a light fixed in my refrigerator. They make an appointment and show up without the part. Then I call and they say I should have the parts. I DIDN'T. I have been waiting for them on 3 appointments and they don't show up. Today was unbelievable. I have been waiting since 8am. I didn't get a text as promised. At about 5:30 or so they said he was coming. Then I got a text that said he had arrived. It is now 8:00. No one is here!! This is HORRIBLE customer service. !!!!. If I could give them a minus I would. Still no light working Now both sides are not working properly. This is disgusting.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY a service contract from them. You cannot get through to them with any number you try and when you do they can never send a service person for at least 12 to 14 days. And they never have the parts with them or they don’t show up which is what happened to us. I have been without a refrigerator for 5 weeks then was told it would be another 12 days! Extremely unhappy to say the least.
