Jermaine was the only reason that my experience went well. I was waiting for parts and my emails from Sears kept saying they were delivered, i never got it, so i had to reschedule, again i was notified parts in, when Jermaine called to tell me he was on his way i told him i did not receive my parts, he knew i was upset i didnt have a refridgerator for a month, he himself and went back to the warehouse. My parts were delivered there with my name not his, he picked them up, called me he was on his way to me. Thank god for Jermaine and his perserverance to locate my refridgerator parts, he deserves acknowledgment and commandation. Thank you Jermaine!!

Philip was very knowledgeable and respectful. There was not much he could do for us because our refrigerator had to be replaced under warranty, but he knew exactly how to handle the situation with the company we purchased from. The next day I was notified that the unit would be getting replaced. Thank you for your help and quick handling of the situation.
