Our refrigerator was not cooling properly. John was very good and was able to pinpoint the problem right away. I was impressed with the quick service.

I don’t recall his name but he did a great job. He fixed the dishwasher. He was good with communication and he wore booties when he entered my home. I highly recommend!

Sears A&E repair for my dryer was completed within 2 days after diagnosis, to include receiving shipment of parts needed. The repair technician (Theo) was knowledgeable, courteous and called me when he was on his way to perform the repairs.

Great experience with both technicians, the one who diagnosed the problem and the one who fixed it. Otherwise Sears system is user hostile and I would not recommend it.
