In the midst of Sears' deep decline, the local technician Matthew has been a measure of what the company used to be before it migrated to AI and Bangladesh. He is a real human being, a gifted technician, a prompt, caring, and valued "neighbor." What a shame Sears is no longer such a company.

Technician Robert S was in our home on time as promised by text msg. He was polite, friendly and he did the oven parts installation carefully and successfully. He installed the mother borad. But the other part named Temperature Sensor ( shipped by Amazon) did not work and Robert thought it was of poor quality and useless. So, Robert kept the old Temperature Sensor, hoping it will last for a while. Sears should take note - not to buy the Temperature Sensor from Amazon. I suggest Sears buy it from GE parts supplier.
