The technician was great, but the experience getting him to the house was awful. The system that you have designed to make a service appointment is severely flawed. There should be, at some point, a simple mechanism to talk to a live human being that can help. In all the emails and text messages you sent, no where could you select a way to speak to a customer service representative. Sadly, I wont be using the service again. Too bad Sears is not what it used to be,

Hey Sears, technician was here two weeks ago very knowledgeable and very nice. Explain to me what my washer needed. I paid them $800 and he rescheduled my appointment for today. I took the day off of my brand new job that I just started and sat home, I just got a text from them at 3 o’clock saying that they were terribly sorry but the technician would not be able to make it to my house today and they arbitrarily rescheduled my appointment for the 15th. I have been trying and trying to speak to a human being, but it is virtually impossible. As I said, I just started a brand new job yesterday and had to take today off because I’ve been without a washer for two weeks. How can you speak to a human being? I am beyond angry. I am so angry.😡

The technician made 3 visits to repair a leak in our dishwasher, unsuccessfully. All seems well after his repair visit. When we run the machine later, it leaks again. He replaced 2 separate seals. What’s next? We’ve been without use of it, awaiting repairs, for well over a month now. I’m sorry. I don’t like bad-mouthing anyone. But in this case I expected results the first visit. 3 down and 4th coming.

Refrigerator stopped working as soon as the technician left.

This is the second time I used this service. Both times they contact you daily a week before and confirm the appointment. They tell you it will be between 8:00 - 4:00. So you need to be around the whole day. Then the day of the event they give you a more exact time. Then BOTH times, they never show up. You just get a text that your new appointment is two weeks later. BY FAR, the worst service, except for all the texts, I have ever received

Worst company to deal with. i scheduled an appointment, they kept changing the date without even checking with me. Then,even when you have an appointment you get a 9 hour window. they overload the techs so they cannot possibly get to all the stops scheduled. Twice we were given 9 hour windows and both times they called at the end of the day to say they weren't coming. After we took 2 days off to be here for their ridiculous 9 hour window. Asked to s/w a manager, never got a callback. Then once again they scheduled without even asking if we still wanted them to come(we didn't) and you cannot cancel on the website or on the phone. I waited on hold for 35 minutes only to be told their system was down and to call back another time. No thanks, I am done and would never call on Sears again for anything.

Did NOT show up (for the 2nd week in a row). Have been waiting 3 weeks for washer repair.
