Very courteous, friendly attitude and professional is how I would describe Roger, the technician who repaired my dishwasher. He also informed me of additional wear occurring with certain parts in the dishwasher and the fact that due to the units age those parts will not be available in the future. So it is time to consider replacement. I am grateful for my warrantee policy which covered for this repair.

My experience with Sears Home Repair and my technician, Roger. Sears did a good job of keeping me up to date on his ETA through their website and text messages, the parts needed for the repair were shipped to me before he arrived, and he did a good and thorough job on the repair.
