Randy and his trainee assistant Scott arrived at about 5:30 pm - outside the projected window, though through no fault of theirs. They’re overworked and overbooked. Period. They were quick, friendly, courteous, clean, and they exuded competence.

In the unknown of stuff Like refrigerator repair, I am basically left to trust google, but that is how I found Randy and the Sears fixer team. They scheduled the appt fast, let me know when they were coming (touched base with me in am, with estimated time, and then he texted he was on his way. Fixed my fridge and was really nice, easy going and professional. I would highly recommend Randy and his team.

Service man was excellent! Very professional. Identified the problem and fixed it pretty quickly. Took several weeks from the time service was requested to the date when a service appointment was available. Service man explained that they were very short staffed and have had difficulty hiring staff.

We received 5 star service from Roger I.; he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. HOWEVER, getting a hold of Sears Home Services customer service is another story; if I could give THEM less than 1 star, I would! They are not U.S. based and the lady I spoke with was very hard to understand; they give you a timeframe of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as the time the technician will arrive (because we all have nothing better to do than sit around at home waiting all day); the ETA on the scheduled appointment date first said one time, then an hour later, but it was about 1 1/2 hours after that time that the technician showed up; and you cannot select an option to speak to a representative or someone local.
