Don’t use Sears home service for any repair you actually want completed. My appointment was scheduled for today. Roger never showed up but marked I wasn’t home and didn’t answer my phone. Well I was home all day and my cameras show he never came and never once did he call. This is the second time he has lied and said I wasn’t home when he never bothered to come here. Don’t bother trying to call to get any assistance because there’s no human to even speak to. Horrible company

Do NOT try to use Sears Home Services unless you enjoy tearing your own hair out in frustration. You cannot access a person or change details of your appointment. The appointment is made by AI, who got my address wrong. Despite the claim that you can change the address by chat, you are not given an option to do that. I got MANY notifications about my upcoming appointment, and then no one showed up. There is no one to contact to find our what's going on. Afterwards I got MANY emails pestering me to reschedule my appointment. Altogether a rage-inducing experience. Use someone else.

Roger is forging my name to get paid for no service and he's not supposed to show up for the till 215 , because I'm at work. It's 1215 he already went to my house , forged my name and got paid. I'm so angry, I need my freezer fixed. Today was the 3rd appointment, he's been paid for 2 of them and has never looked at my freezer 🤬

Roger was a friendly guy, but he did not repair our machine. When he arrived, the machine worked on one cycle, but somehow he turned off that cycle. Then he pitched buying a much less expense dishwasher and insuring it with the Sears $75/month insurance. It was a pretty long sales pitch for the insurance, in lieu of an actual repair. He said the needed part was no longer available. After he left, my husband was able to order the part from the Bosch website. Honestly, even one star is too much. We felt boondoggled. UPDATE: The service posted a response with two ways of contacting them to made good on their failure, but neither of the forms of contact worked. There is no apparent way to speak with a human being. And no obvious place they are located. Beware of their pitch to buy appliance insurance—that seems to be their main objective.
