Please see attached picture below choice home warranty is WATING for sears to take care of repair and finish repair they gave permission and WATING sears should take care of this issue thank you. Now after waiting. 2 days. Finally. Sears says they came. And not true. We skipped to go to work because they said coming and we were home wating and just liying. NEVER CAME. NOW WAIT OTHER 2-3-4 days who knows. This is like a real story book but really true. And 2 weeks still not fixed yet and no one to talk to talk just. Wwww. No response. Shame shame

I was disappointed with the service of this company. It is not possible to talk with a human when making an appointment. I have an older machine and was told by the technician that parts to fix a leak are no longer available. I was told I could buy a warranty at a $700+ per year cost and perhaps a part could ultimately be found. If I had been able to speak with someone before, they could have checked if gaskets necessary to repair a leak still exist, saving me the $140 visit. There was nothing wrong with the technician per se but the system is bad.

This review is not about the repair service since I haven’t had it yet. BUT i called to asked for a service and whoever spoke to me couldn’t shut up!! She kept talking and kept pushing me to buy other services even after i said I’m not interested. Honestly I should have hung up long time ago. She kept talking until last minutes.

Repairman never showed up, but instead canceled the day of the planned repair. Reason for the cancellation is unknown to me.

There’s no way to speak to a human being if anything goes wrong. Service appointments are canceled by Sears services and are constantly cancelled again and again. It 2 months before someone actually called to confirm the appointment. I was also overcharged and the technician didn’t know how to apply the 25% discount code. There is no option to rate zero stars.
