The technician did an excellent job and went way above and beyond to make sure the job was 100%. Your company is very lucky to have somebody who takes their job that serious. If I should need more repairs on other appliances , I would prefer you send the same technician in the future.

The repair man was excellent , Answering questions and was thorough. My complaints are with not letting us know what time the repair man would come and then changing it every time I looked online. And the first appointment was canceled at 1 o’clock having waited half the day already. There’s no way to reach anyone and there was no way for me to get the insurance form filled out prior to the appointment. I got tons of emails, but no way to reach anyone
