Service tech was right on time, was very courteous, and came prepared with protective footwear. He was able to quickly assess the issue and we determined that since our refrigerator was over 10 years old, the parts and labor involved would be too costly vs. buying a new unit. His expertise put our minds at ease - this was money well-spent.
