This review is not about the repair service since I haven’t had it yet. BUT i called to asked for a service and whoever spoke to me couldn’t shut up!! She kept talking and kept pushing me to buy other services even after i said I’m not interested. Honestly I should have hung up long time ago. She kept talking until last minutes.

Never personally showed up. Wait until appointment day to inform me they couldn't assist. Couldn't speak with someone personally. Worse service ever!!!! Don't recommend at all.

Darrel, the repair tech was excellent - 5 Stars! But Sears AI driven appointments violates all terms of service. I PRE-PAID $450 for the service of installing a thermostat in my dryer. 5 times Sears CANCELED the appointment by text. Told me I needed to reschedule. Each time i took time off work, waited for hours. Your service gets ZERO STARS. Money should be refunded. I plan to file complaints everywhere. It is impossible to TALK to any human.

Repairman never showed up, but instead canceled the day of the planned repair. Reason for the cancellation is unknown to me.

There’s no way to speak to a human being if anything goes wrong. Service appointments are canceled by Sears services and are constantly cancelled again and again. It 2 months before someone actually called to confirm the appointment. I was also overcharged and the technician didn’t know how to apply the 25% discount code. There is no option to rate zero stars.

They don’t show up and when they do they don’t bring the required documentation and insurance to enter the building. They are advised in advance. Terrible service. AWFUL! oh and forgot to add. Their standard response is to give you the phone number to an AI agent that is unable to actually solve any problems. Exactly what they responded.

Tech estimated $780.11 repair in parts and $137.11 in service call, had a second opnion and it was just a bad sensor. Beware if you use this service, I would not recomend.

The service is unexpected I’ve been waiting on them since June and still no one came to repair my dryer had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed now I’ve been waiting again because something else needs to be repaired on my dryer and five times they have rescheduled my appointment smh and lets not forget that the technician is rude and say they came but no one was here after speaking to me on the phone to say he was on his way make sense please

The worst in the business. I will not recommend them. They installed a new A/C system that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. The installation was horrible; cheap parts and hurriedly installed. It’s been 4 years, still under warranty and I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to fix their mess. They will not even send a technician to do the annual maintenance despite the warranty. Sears has refused to send anyone to fix their mess. They never have a technician available and they always refuse to reimburse you for your expenses. They make promises and don’t keep them. One and done.
