They don’t show up and when they do they don’t bring the required documentation and insurance to enter the building. They are advised in advance. Terrible service. AWFUL! oh and forgot to add. Their standard response is to give you the phone number to an AI agent that is unable to actually solve any problems. Exactly what they responded.

Tech estimated $780.11 repair in parts and $137.11 in service call, had a second opnion and it was just a bad sensor. Beware if you use this service, I would not recomend.

No one never came as all always

The service is unexpected I’ve been waiting on them since June and still no one came to repair my dryer had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed now I’ve been waiting again because something else needs to be repaired on my dryer and five times they have rescheduled my appointment smh and lets not forget that the technician is rude and say they came but no one was here after speaking to me on the phone to say he was on his way make sense please

The worst in the business. I will not recommend them. They installed a new A/C system that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. The installation was horrible; cheap parts and hurriedly installed. It’s been 4 years, still under warranty and I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to fix their mess. They will not even send a technician to do the annual maintenance despite the warranty. Sears has refused to send anyone to fix their mess. They never have a technician available and they always refuse to reimburse you for your expenses. They make promises and don’t keep them. One and done.

BE WARNED! Made an appointment to repair an oven. It was last Tuesday between 8am and 5pm (great window, could you be more vague) so took I a day off work. No call, no show and eventually get a text saying I wasn’t home. Front door open all day, no one showed up. Total bs. Rescheduled for today, took off work again and with out notice sears cancels and the only reason I found out is because I called. Completely unreliable and unorganized. 10 percent of the repair if I reschedule for a THIRD time is unacceptable. I have no faith that the work would even be done correctly or professionally if they can’t even keep an appointment. Apologies and coupons are not going to fix my oven. GO ELSEWHERE

Repair has been cancelled four times. The last time, I received a form that said the repair had been completed and showed a squiggle that was supposedly my signature. This is a doorman building. No one has showed up as confirmed by the building management. Scam.
