I have been trying to get my dishwasher, oven and refrigerator serviced for the past 6 months. And they keep canceling my appointment yet they bill my credit card every month. Sears is a total hand job. I had this warranty for over 10 years. I will be reporting them to the BBB and contacting by state attorney general in Albany. If any one wants to jump on a class action lawsuit.

I have an open case since June 2024 with my Bosch dryer, which is under Protection agreement. It was determined that the drum needed to be replaced. I waited for months to be told that they could not locate the drum , after a couple of months the drum was delivered, 6 different appointments scheduled. to install it Technician never showed up when I called I was told that the machine was going to be replaced and for me to wait seven days and if I didn’t hear from anyone, I should call back. I’m at that stage now! Sears can and should do better. I’m still waiting.with this to be resolved.

BEWARE — The technician sent to our home by Sears was unethical - he asked us twice if we could pay by cash/cash App. When we told him we didn’t have cash or cash App he then said HE couldn’t do the repair because he couldn’t touch our hose. Note: The service request submitted to Sears was to replace a drain hose. We had to pay the Sears fee in order to get this crooked unethical person out of our home. I have called Sears twice and emailed them to discuss this horrible experience/service (and have requested a refund since I did Not refuse service the technician refused to do the work) but I have gotten no assistance from customer service or response from the billing dept.

If I could give 0 stars I would. He was in and out of my grandmothers home within 5 minutes. He quickly looked at the 1992 refrigerator and immediately said "There's no serial #, no model #, I can't fix it and it's not covered under your warranty!" He left, just like that. Here is the kicker, he didn't even pull the refrigerator out from the wall. If He did that, he would have seen the needed information. This SUBPAR service is UNACCEPTABLE and a disgrace to a historical company.

On 06/27/24 I had an A&E factory service van driver curse out my 70 year old mother while we were in bumper to bumper traffic in Manhattan N.Y. tried to call to speak to someone about the incident, but they have made it impossible to get in touch with a complaint dept. The truck # was 36302 they obviously have no worries about psychotic people who work and drive a service van for the company, driver clearly was having a melt down, so becareful about letting mentally ill people in your house to make repairs, the upper management obviously doesn't care about these issues, had to give 1 star to post this review, I give them -5 stars and I definitely wouldn't use them because of this bad experience

Technician was very rude and resolved nothing! Sears failed to resolve the situation that has been on going since 2022 when the first part broke. Please keep in mind I live in our project apartment, so you all know any of you that have been to one of these apartments. The kitchen is super small. Both my mother board and 2 of the compressors of my fridge are broken. They expect me to stay without a fridge for a minimum of 3 weeks. I have to either rent a fridge or take $300 to cover some of the food that was lost! Below are pictures of some of food we lost along with a video of me trying to speak to the technician that came out to my apartment!

AWFUL. When you first call you speak to a local customer service rep, but once they have payment that relationship ends. They will not help you. From then on you’re transferred to a call center overseas. This would be fine but they also cannot help. They only can apologize for their terrible service. The tech was nice enough but it TOOK 6 WEEKS TO FIX A DISHWASHER. They originally shipped the wrong part, plus multiple other shipping delays and scheduling errors. At one point they just didn’t show up. I went on the portal and they moved my appointment 9 days! We were actually laughing at one point bc it was so unbelievable how bad the service is.
