Karl was excellent. the overall Sears service was not so great - The AI and all automated messages make the customers crazy. We dont need so many messages, also I and many people I know cant open links from their phones and dont have email access 24hrs.... It would be nice if I was able to reach a human being to help me when I needed. Thank you!
