My review of Sears problematic, faulty service.
Darrel is excellent - 5 Stars! But Sears AI driven appointments violates all terms of service. I PRE-PAID for the service of installing a thermostat in my dryer. 5 times Sears CANCELED the appointment by text. Told me I needed to reschedule. Each time i took time off work, waited for hours. Your service gets ZERO STARS. Money should be refunded. I plan to file complaints everywhere. It is impossible to TALK to any human.

Mr. Louis Diaz provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the part needed to repair my refrigerator is no longer available. My refrigerator is only 5 years old!! I probably will never by a Kenmore appliance again.
