How do I leave a review for someone who didn't show up for the repair but somehow there was a receipt for it? Don't purchase sears warranty.

No show
I waited since morning (8am/5pm) for technician Wayne D. to show up. I answered his request messages, and later received a message that he arrived, but when I looked outside there was no one. I stepped outside and Waited a few minutes more no person, no vehicle. Only a whole day wasted, on my only day off. Where is the professionalism? This is the 2nd time I called in for a tech and received no help with the same problem. Sears has no respect for its customers in slightest for anyone's time.

very poor knowledge and very poor patience for the job
We have this problem ongoing, the fridge is only One year old and very frequently it would stop working, we have to unplug and wait a while and then it starts working again, we had a guy came out last time just like 6-7 weeks ago and he told us that if this happens again then we have no choice but to change the motor, because this problem for this particular fridge is known that it will be back and the only solution is changing the motor or a part of it, so it happened again, we called for help and this guy showed up, he didn't want to bother so he just said "its working fine now and we cant help you!", which basically means that next time when this happens just leave it like is and wait 3-4 weeks for Sears technician to show up and order the proper part and then wait another few weeks for them to come fix it,( and that's the case if the proper part was ordered, if not than just add few more weeks).

Beyond Aggravated
My machine is still broken!!!!!! 7 brand new parts were installed in my machine. I waited 5 mos to get my machine fixed. The minute he left I tried to wash a load and the same code popped up on my machine E1 F9... I am truly disgusted.

Repair did not resolve issue!
After a visit that took several hours, the issue was not resolved with my refrigerator. In addition to services covered by master protection plan, I had to pay for additional maintenance/cleaning. One day later, I'm stuck with the same problem and need to schedule another repair appointment. Frustrating.

Very disappointed, but it's not the worker's fault!
I'm very disappointed. The worker was not familiar enough with the fridge. He was not a Sears worker and was not sure what the problem was. I don't think it's the fault of the worker. It's the fault of Sears. The same kind of thing happened with my mother who was sent an hvac person to look at her boiler. I'm going to cancel the service plan I just bought from you. It was a waste of money.

AWFUL
failed to order all the necessary parts the first vist. Finally installed everything. Now I'm getting an OE error code indicating the washer can't drain. He installed a new drain hose. And he has a poor attitude.

Water dispenser line has leak
Mr osahon arrived early. Took a look and said no cannot be fixed. Must purchase a new door for 1100+ dollars. Thanked him for his time and proceeded to fix the leak myself in an hour. Everything works perfectly. Lost out on the fee for an estimate but good lesson learned. The technician is not here to actually help fix, just to sell you.
