Excuses and not trustworthy

We met on 11/19. He called to speak to an advisor to inquire about a part. He then informed me that my range was working and it was working. I explained to him the issues I had and contributed to convince me that the part I needed wasn't available. Yet, my range was inoperable. I contacted SEARS for a rep who found the part that this "tech" couldn't find. I needed a board the rep made an appointment for 11/29. Richie states the new part goes $800-$900. The same technicians Louie calls me and stated that he does not want to come to do the repair because he believes a new board can not go into an old keypad. He wants to speak to SAMSUNG. Rebooked now for 12/2 (second appointment). I am notified at 8:04 he is on his way. He tells me he was on the phone with Samsung and that he does not have the replacement board. What was the point of him booking the appointment if he does not have the part. He then says the part cost money and that he wants to help me save money. Yet, I said I want it fixed. He sends me a screenshot that the part is sold out. While we had this conversation today he said "you are a nice couple, but I am not listening and doesn't want to hang up on me". I hung up. Louie isn't credible or reliable. The back and forth and offer to save me money yet there wasn't a part to even put money towards. I had several issues and not one was fixed. It wasn't logical. This isn't the service I expect from SEARS. I have been a member for past a decade. He needs to be spoken to and trained. Every conversation he had was in private without me knowing. He comes off as not trustworthy and this is who being sent out to represent your company?

No one ever showed up!!! All Sears does is reschedule with checking with me first. They do not give any options. Also have been without my refrigerator since Father's Day 2024. Going on 5-6 months. This is beyond crazy. All this with insurance on the refrigerator two types. All parts they ordered have been in my house for a few months now. This is beyond unacceptable.

SERVICE FOR HVAC AT RESIDENCE

Unfortunately they couldn't service the unit and it was very disappointing because the tenant waited this long to get an appointment to get it serviced and nothing was done because of the type of unit the HVAC. Now they are waiting for another appointment so another tech can come look at the unit that can be serviced correctly. I'm sure it's not the technician's fault since Sears should have had an idea the model or type of unit they will try to repair

Sears scheduler is incompetent; service tech guy is fine

Deeply frustrating to stay home from work all day just to discover that, contrary to what the Sears scheduler had said, the technician they were sending would not actually have the necessary part with him and would need to order it. A total waste of a day. Stay away from Sears for repair. P.S. The technician guy himself was very nice and reasonable and knowledgable (and understanding of my anger). So nothing wrong with Louie—just with Sears Home Services!

Waited 2 months for service person to come to our home to fix stove and parts were at my home for 2 months. Finally repair man comes to fix oven and now I am told that one of my pilot lights is not working and cannot be fixed. Will report this to the BBB assp

Not happy

Unfortunately In the past few months my experience with this technician has been terrible. My dryer broke l'oui ordered a 1 motherboard and a second that was identical claiming sears sent the wrong item! I have been trying to have him come to my home alas he cancels at the last minute and reschedules me claiming several times that I wasn't home when indeed I was and had to take time from work! I the 40 years I have been a customer I never experienced something like that ! My dryer has not been fixed since November with all this nonsens, it a breach of contract ! He came to day to do the annual check after 2 cancelations ! He claims he will contact the technician service to order a replacement for the dryer That remains to be seen . I am so disappointing with the technician and the support aevice that is nonexistent. I spent many hours on the phone trying to solve this issue however each one garanties he will solve the issue and escalate to a supervisor but nothing happens also they garanties they will send a different technician but I always end up with this one that is not professional. I hope you will solve my issue in a timely manner and use better technicians

Horrible experience

we have not had a working oven since king with Sears technician since July 8,2024 Order Number: 000774410642126 July 20, no one showed up as scheduled As of July 22nd we have been informed that the new scheduled date is August 2nd. Time frame not acceptable. My husband and I senior citizens and cannot eat fried foods and just use the top of the stove. . we are in need of our oven being repaired and the new parts are sitting in my kitchen. We cannot get a new date for someone to come in and repair the oven until August 2nd 2024. The time is to long for us to wait. If you cannot have someone come to our home soon we will have no other recourse but to call the better business bureau.

Poor Service

The technician called ahead of time to get a sense of the issue but showed up a lot later than the anticipated time, though it was within the appointment window. He did the initial (visual) assessment of the issue but seemed to have pre-decided on the resolution he was going to provide. He carried no tools and after about ten minutes, was ready to leave without gauging anything on the HVAC unit. As expected the issue resurfaced again, and is actually much worse now.

this technician is a crook. he never came to my apt to fix the washer machine. he put that he completed the job and on top of that HE FALSIFIED BILLING. WHEN HE NEVER FIX ANYTHING
