Waste of time, thanks for nothing
Darrell replaced parts that had been sent and left. I guess he didn't test the dishwasher because when he left, I loaded, and it still did not work. I called him immediately to see if he could come back and look at it but he was dismissive, and blamed the previous technician who diagnosed the dishwasher last week. He made no effort to rectify the situation, just repeatedly blamed the previous tech.

I will never use or recommend Sears a
It is not the technician's fault that they arrived almost 2 hours after the window (8 am to 12 pm). It is not the technician's fault that he was scared of dogs and I had to keep my dog in a separate room ( though I specifically mentioned i had a dog so that a technician wasn't sent that would have an issue with dogs). However the ridiculous solution to my issue, $550 to replace a fan that "might" be an issue, or the suggestion to go with the overpriced subscription for this subpar service. $137 poorly spent to find out how poor the service is. 1 star for the technician's communication on running late.

rude, inappropriate, lacked knowledge & refused to repair.
The repairman who came to our home was completely unqualified and made no effort to fix the issue—he didn't even seem to understand the basics of the machine. He rescheduled twice without notice, showed up unannounced, argued with my wife in our living room, and made rude, aggressive comments. His behavior was so unprofessional and unsettling that we didn't feel safe having him in our home.

Unreliable service
I have had 10 appointments set up with this person claims that he shows up closes my case and never arrives to date! I am now going on my 13th appointment and requesting a new technician. Let's see what happens. Stay posted.!

Could not fix it
Scheduled a service call to fix the wobbling machine and vibrations during spin cycle. The machine is not level and he couldn't fix it.

No show and problem STILL pending. I have a protection agree
I have been dealing with a problem with my Bochslow dryer, which is under the protection agreement plan since 6/2024. The technicians are scheduled to come up for already determined evaluations I take off from my business, They never show up. Benefits dept continues to schedule appointments. I'm still waiting as of February 2025 to yet have another technician come up to confirm problem this is an ongoing problem. I dread having to call Sears‼️ I will not be renewing my protection agreement in June if this continues to be handled in this manner .

Fixing range
He is a terrible technician he did not fix my issue entirely I don't understand why I get stuck with this technician every time he doesn't even deserve a star !!!! I It's a mystery why it is the only one sent to me
