Double Oven Repair

My kitchen is very tight and small but the technicians were able to repair my oven and get me back to my normal everyday lifestyle of cooking! Everyone was so nice and polite they were truly amazing. Thank you all!!

Louie came twice to assess the problem with my stove and then install the part once it arrived. He was very efficient, didnt make a mess, thorough and had a very positive demeanor. Highly recommend.

Home service over all needs some customer service training--too long to get repair appointment on product. Sad that remaining generations will never know how great a brand Sears once was and how its tools from the 1930's are still in use. Our service rep Bruce was great, knowledgeable, explained everything and was the only part of the experience where we felt valued as a customer.

Louis is terrific--knowledgable, reassuring, confidence-inspiring! i knew immediately that i was in good hands when he calmly explained what was wrong with my fridge. He then ordered a necessary part and came out to install it right after it arrived--no waiting!! A great techician and great guy!
