The Lid Lock on our 4-year-old washing machine quit, causing it to stop mid-cycle and locking the lid shut. However, were able to schedule a technician the very next day. Desmond arrived on time, did some troubleshooting, ordered the part, returned when the part arrived (again, on time, when promised) and installed it successfully.

Home service over all needs some customer service training--too long to get repair appointment on product. Sad that remaining generations will never know how great a brand Sears once was and how its tools from the 1930's are still in use. Our service rep Bruce was great, knowledgeable, explained everything and was the only part of the experience where we felt valued as a customer.
