Joel came to repair my 25 yr old AMANA side by side refrigerator when it stopped working a month ago! We Had never used sears for repairs before.. but Joel did a heck of a job replacing nearly every moving part that could possibly be the problem including the compressor! We had to wait 24 hrs for it to actually get cold and in the meantime, we got discouraged and thought it had not been repaired.. but around mid nite we opened the door and voila the thermometers were showing cold temps! Thanks Joel for hanging in with us and doing such a great job!

Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and found the problem within a few minutes. He was here about an hour and fixed the problem quickly. I would hire him again.

Repair man did great! I think the cost for both labor & materials was too high for seniors on a fixed income. I don't know what the 10 yr. warranty sticker means on Maytag appliances, obviously nothing!
