Super knowledgeable person!! Great work ethics and kept me informed on everything he was doing and showed what repairs were needed and why they went bad.kept me informed when he would arrive . If needed future repairs on other products I definitely would ask for Carl . Carl has all the correct tools to do the job , He has spent a lot of money on great quality tools,Carl is a professional who cares about his work!!! I'm a retired tool warehouse sales person for 13 warehouses, that why I say Carl bought quality tools to work with. It was a pleasure to have him fix our dryer Doug Murray

My technician Jon was awesome. Professional and very knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars but OMG the amount of emails, texts, and calls I received leading up to my service appointment was excessive to the point of being insanely annoying. Not even kidding, I received three calls and VMs as well as multiple texts before my appointment. Super weird, and not necessary, but Jon was great!
