The technician was great. He fixed my dryer quickly and returned the part that wasn't needed. I only needed the belt and not the starter button. He explained everything to me. What I don't like has NOTHING to do with the technician but with the AI service and texting service. I texted the 1 to confirm and it wouldn't go through. When I called the AI couldn't find my appointment, so I didn't know if the technician was going to show up or not. Luckily he did and I was his first stop. I was impressed and very satisfied with the technician.

Joe was great! The first tech who looked at my dryer lamented over the brand, told me how difficult my machine is to repair but Joe was no nonsense and made it look easy. Nice chitchat, he reminded me of my dad and I was very comfortable having him in my home.
