Eric (the Tech) from Sears Home Service was the best. He was knowledgeable and honest with any questions I had, and very professional and respectful towards me and my wife. He told us about the Sears Home warranty and all of the advantages of it. I would definitely put all of my appliances on the Sears warranty program.
