his servise was very good, he explane what was wrong with our dryer, ordered the part, it came to the house, today he called be for getting here, got here and instaled the part and explane how it worked , had it fixed in no time,very polite person.

Joshua was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and repair!! He gladly rearranged his schedule for the first trip to accommodate mine!! He said "Whatever it takes to get there today and get it taken care of for you." He showed me what the problem was and explained the whole process of how the washer operates and expectations for things such as load size, water level, amount of detergent, etc. Highly recommend!!
