Excellent service technician. Diagnosed one problem with the dishwasher immediately and rectified it. Then performed diagnostic testing and discovered a more serious issue. Jon did an estimate to replace motor and installation and suggested that it would be wiser to purchase a new dishwasher. He even recommended a replacement Brand and series number as well as where to purchase. Grateful for his help.

Carl D seemed like a very nice person and was professional. He also had another man with him and he was nice and professional too. So glad Sears still does house calls since I have a Kenmore Washer & Dryer that I purchased at Sears in 1999. That you to the 2 guys, much appreciated your service.
