While the tech was professional and the AI appointment BOT kept me informed, the price to repair the appliance was insane. $633 for parts and labor for the repair was crazy. I bought the part on Amazon for $50 and will fix it myself.

Excellent service technician. Diagnosed one problem with the dishwasher immediately and rectified it. Then performed diagnostic testing and discovered a more serious issue. Jon did an estimate to replace motor and installation and suggested that it would be wiser to purchase a new dishwasher. He even recommended a replacement Brand and series number as well as where to purchase. Grateful for his help.
