Tech Josh (and his trainee) was great - friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, really smart. Took time to listen and observe the problem, then quickly traced it to a manufacturing defect. Minus one star for Sears Appliance Repair system having no parts source for this 2 year old LG dishwasher.

Well this is my 11th appt . Techs have been here several times . One Tech quit . Yet another arrived to day Sept 30 . Trying to get this repair done since June 10 . This tech actually got the fridge cooling and freezer working . Let’s see what happens 24 hours from now . I sincerely hope this works . No one should have to wait almost 5 months for Sears to repair an appliance when they have had my money since June 10 . Thank you Eric . Best Tech yet !!!!

First guy they sent out messed up sent wrong part which delayed process by an extra month the second and third guy that came out were great, fast knowledgeable, and friendly . Like everyplace today they need to hire better more knowledgeable workers to get the job done right the first time. Sears was unapologetic for over two month wait for repair on warrantied fridge but the repairmen (not the first guy who was clueless) at least were sympathetic and made up for a bad experience

Only complaint is the 8 to 5 appointment window. At least do morning or afternoon.

The work by the technicians has been a 5-star experience. My issues have been a breakdown in communication as to where replacement parts have been delivered to. The biggest issue, has been the lack of ability to speak with a human when questions don't match the options provided.

The last tech was great. The first two misdiagnosed the issue and now we have been at this for over two months just to finally figure out the fridge is not fixable.

Spent 1100 to fix ice maker on fridge currently still broken. Said we would get refunded for parts he returned. never got that refund Tried to call customer service but no way to get in touch with anyone just get the run around passed off to another number that never picks up. Guy was a nice guy but obviously not great at repairs or following through with refunds. This company could be a scam

Left the fridge unplugged, accused my wife and I of ordering multiple ice maker replacements on purpose. Not to mention the old ice maker which was diagnosed as defective began working on its own prior to a new replacement. Terrible customer service skills would not recommend to others

YOU CAN NO LONGER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE Had them come out to fix my washer, they sent this guy out that has NEVER seen this model before. Straight said that to our faces. Then when he "fixed" the washer, he was watching a YouTube video. Told us that's how he learned how to do everything. He's not a true qualified tech. Anyways, one load of laundry later and the thing is broken again! Tried to get them to come back out and they rescheduled so much that I've been without my washer for THREE MONTHS! UNACCEPTABLE! Not only will I never use this company again, I will also be dropping Choice home warranty who has them as HIGHLY recommend. What a joke.
