5 stars for the tech but ZERO for the insane price. He might have been overbooked, but not his fault. He was fast and professional. I hope they pay him well because almost $200 per hour seems high for replacing a circuit board. Not his fault. He could not have gone any faster. Sears has set rates that are crazy. He left the control board and I still wonder if the main fuse was blown. I'll know when I get my meter out tonight. $800 total, half the cost of a new machine and it was not quite 5 years old.

Very knowledgeable about a machine I had no idea how old it was; it came with the house. Carl diagnosed the problem and made sure the machine was working properly before leaving the home. Thank you for a being so nice to my dog and taking care of our washer.
