although the tech found nothing wrong with my dryer machine, I appreciate the quick service but it’s expensive… I’m glad sears pays the techs for their diagnostics and expected to pay more for that... Tech was professional knowledgeable. I have a better idea of what to check first if it stops heating again… also, sears can schedule techs but ultimately doesn’t have a clue about how long any given call will be or the actual drive times between them… sears updated my time frame and I’m glad I’d just taken the day off. As a service tech, I’m aware that any number of variables can happen to delay service times. In MY home, the tech was thorough, clean and did the thing. In & out! I’m aware this can sound like an SNL skit. 🙄

Technician was amazing very knowledgeable punctual and polite he explained everything perfectly but Sears is very expensive and parts took so long if I ordered the parts my self I would've had them next day
