EDIT: I don’t know how to comment on the Sears response but convinced they just respond to make themselves look good. I did what they requested and I received a response via FB to call their number for assistance. Called and was placed on hold for over 45mins with a complete run around. Nothing has been resolved. Very disappointed in this company! The technician failed to fix the original problem & left without anchoring the dishwasher back or telling us that it was left unsecured and unsafe as the dishwasher toppled out of cabinet when loaded. When we scheduled another visit he admitted that it was left unsecured, claiming that it was installed incorrectly to begin with and that the fasteners were too short. The dishwasher was installed according to the instructions. When told that if he wasn’t going to do it right then he could just leave; he copped an attitude and left.

Had an appointment scheduled to fix my gas dryer. Tech came out and said he had to order parts, so rescheduled for the following Friday. The day before my 2nd appt I got a text saying I needed to call 18004myhome to confirm my appt. I call to confirm and automated message said my parts were not delivered yet and I needed to reschedule. My tracking number I recieved showed parts were in fact delivered. So I rescheduled for the following Friday. The night before I was able to confirm my appt with no issues. Then the day of said appt, they are supposed to arrive between 8-5. NOBODY SHOWS UP! Taking time I don't have off of work for nothing!! Then I get a phone call from an actual person while I'm in the bathroom saying no one is available to fix my dryer and now they need to reorder my parts again. Literally the only time I didn't have my phone on me. Try calling back, and no matter what number I call, it's automated. Completely impossible to get ahold of anyone at all!!! There's no email address to send a message to either. And on my appt link online it won't let me reschedule. So now I'm stuck after paying $400 for them to fix my dryer and it's not even close to being fixed! My dryer is barely 2 years old. If you want someone to fix your appliances that you can actually get ahold of, I would go through somebody else because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Yurly was great. First guy was rude then it took 3 appointments for the repair person to actually show up then it turned out the first guy completely misdiagnosed the problem and Yurly was unable to fix any of the issues. We waited for 8 to 12 hours 4 times to get this resolution and we were ghosted for 2 of the 4 scheduled appointments. You would have to pay us to use Sears ever again!!!
