The service technician who came to my house was very helpful. He clearly explained my options. Ultimately he diagnosed the issue and I was able to get my fridge and freezer back to working order before my produce went bad.

Bernard was knowledgeable and kind. He gave me the information that I needed to be able to better take care of my machine, and was respectful about it. He was on time, had wonderful communication, and quick and thorough service. I would definitely recommend using this company. I was a little hesitant at first because I had my machine serviced through the lowest warranty division, and Lowe's had absolutely terrible options and communications. But A&E was the company they went through, and they had excellent communication, options, and service.
