Tadd has repaired our washing machine before, and, as always, he is friendly, efficient, explains the problem and solves it. Nothing he has repaired has required another service.

He showed up in a timely manner was very nice Did what had to be done and left. I had no problems with him. I had insurance on my appliance so I didn’t have to pay. I would definitely use Sears appliance repair again.

The technician was great and replaced our cooktop by himself. He also taught my husband how to safely remove it to clean it. Thank you for the repair. The cost was covered by Frigidaire.

I live 16 minutes from the center of Ithaca and yet every repair person I contacted either did not respond to my messages or refused to travel "so far." This area is unfortunately increasingly difficult to get dedicated help for even the most basic of services. No matter how much one offers to pay for help, there are very few people now willing to help with such things, even respected long time repairpeople. I am so thankful however for Tracy's arrival and immediate diagnosis of a problem--not with the stove itself but with the gas line. He was kind, braved deep snow in the driveway, and incredibly helpful--a rarity for Ithaca, if not the rest of New England. Ithaca-area Homeowners take note: Sears Appliance Repair works! While I don't like their AI interface--meaning it is impossible to speak to a human, in this case, it worked for which I am incredibly appreciative. I would most certainly use Sears appliance repair again because the so-called experts in the field are not only unreliable but unwilling to show up. Thanks so much Tracy and Sears Repair!
