Brendan was great. The time window (8 AM-5 PM) was more of a headache.

Repair person arrived within timeframe agreed to. He was polite and efficient. However, my dishwasher was at least 20+ years old and he said KitchenAid didn’t carry the main board or attached connection to interface to controls, which allow me to select my dishwasher cleaning choice. This included turning on the dishwasher. Model i have was Superba. (Loved this dishwasher—never gave me any issues till it died!)😢

I will give zero stars if possible. When scheduling the appointment, they promised a window 1:00-5:00 pm. Technician landed at 11:30 am, called me, and promised to return at 1:30 pm but just vanished. Impossible to reach a human if you call them. Will never call them again// ‐------- Sears called me back to reschedule at a convenient time. Appreciate their efforts to fix my concerns.

The washer was not fixed. He set for a cycle and took off leaving the junk piece behind and the washer never finished. Wouldn’t spin out and then it started to run randomly just like before he put new control Panel in it. All warranty work.

Your technicians are polite and competent. They are also obviously overbooked and rushed. Sears overcharges for both the parts and labor. Repair is straightforward and not complex. Charges should be in line with the complexity of the work. Your charges are out of the control of your employees.
