The service tech was friendly and thorough. The problem wasn’t obvious and he spent the time necessary to diagnose problem which turned out to be relatively minor. He was courteous and explained what he was doing and why which was of interest to me.

Tyler, whom came for the service call was informative of the issue and personable professionally. I would recommend him from Sears / A&E service. He took care of my kitchen floor, cabinets around the oven unit and the oven itself. He helped to layout what is being tested and troubleshooting to get to root cause (ignitor). Thanks for a job well done.
