Kinda felt the washer was broken its 25 years old only one other repair in 25 years but needed verification all parts aren’t available anymore and pricey, time to purchase a brand new one technician was on time and very professional

Part was delivered shortly after the issue was observed and the claim process was started (warranty). Clearly and experienced representative as it took very little time to change out the problem part. Very happy with the service and would use again if needed.
