Daniel was very professional and on time! He was able to fix my GE microwave once the correct parts were here! So grateful he was able to fix it before the holidays! As far as Sears Appliance Repair goes, they don't do a very good job at scheduling appointments! I talked with their customer service and with warranty company and neither one could get my phone number correctly listed on the order form. I have been waiting since the middle of August to get my microwave repaired! Had rescheduled 3 or 4 times and nobody would show up or call me! I am very satisfied with the work that Dan did, and happy to have a working microwave again!
