Service Tech was very nice and efficient but the charge was excessive. $440.00 for 1 hour of labor. Do not feel this is a standard and customary fee. There were no parts or supplies involved. Just cleaned the drain line and general cleaning of fridge. Rating is reflective of the charge. What is your hourly rate ?

Too many service calls to determine the issue with our refrigerator.

The communication with them is very very poor. I do not know about repairs because I had no way of knowing they were going to show up and no way to call them back and talk with someone.

Washing machine cost me $548 and for this guy to fix it was $550. How is that even logical? You still have to pay the diagnostic fee tho, just for them to come to your house. Thats how Sears is making their money. Freaking ridiculous. Might as well buy a new washing machine. Do not call these people.
