The communication with them is very very poor. I do not know about repairs because I had no way of knowing they were going to show up and no way to call them back and talk with someone.

Shows as being a local establishment, but its not. Also it doesn't repair vacuums.

Scheduled them to come service my washer. The tech was Scheduled to arrive between 8am-5pm. At 345pm, I recieved an email stating he was on his way, followed by another one stating the appointment has been canceled. When speaking to the online chat people, they stated that he might have overbooked and had to cancel at which time they asked if I would like to reschedule for tomorrow. Seriously? You want me to sit at home literally all day again for this to possibly happen a 2nd time. I would highly recommend people to seek a local repair place. Though it has a 607 area code, I suggest you call it and quickly figure out that you are speaking to someone in a different country that would rather try and sell you stuff over the phone, than to help with the issue at hand.

Well after 2 repairs they still couldn't fix my 2 year old GE range/oven so they blamed it on my electrical service in my home, which I had checked and it's fine, and since they are not electricians HOW can they make that claim!!?? They shared that with my warranty company so now won't do anything to help me, this is totally unacceptable!
