Way to much to fix something

The tech had to schedule 3 weeks out. The window the day of service is 8 a.m to 5 p.m and all correspondence are through AI. The tech came on a Saturday because how many working folks can take a full day off? A new refrigerator with 1 function not working he is contracted through the manufacturer G.E. He arrived and was not familiar with the refrigerator model so this made him grumpy, he yanked on the frig with milk and other items that could easily tip over and spill. After he called GE and found the wiring drawing he proceeded to test the circuit board in the area where the function was not working in turn shorting out the whole frig so now it won’t cool or freeze. He ordered a part and scheduled for 2 and a half weeks out. As I sat home on a work day waiting for him to return I receive an AI generated “sorry he can’t make it today” BUT he can reschedule in 2 plus weeks at which I can take another day off and wait again. In the meantime still no new working frig! Horrible service and there is no one to talk too. Do not recommend, tech Tracy!

Scheduled them to come service my washer. The tech was Scheduled to arrive between 8am-5pm. At 345pm, I recieved an email stating he was on his way, followed by another one stating the appointment has been canceled. When speaking to the online chat people, they stated that he might have overbooked and had to cancel at which time they asked if I would like to reschedule for tomorrow. Seriously? You want me to sit at home literally all day again for this to possibly happen a 2nd time. I would highly recommend people to seek a local repair place. Though it has a 607 area code, I suggest you call it and quickly figure out that you are speaking to someone in a different country that would rather try and sell you stuff over the phone, than to help with the issue at hand.

Well after 2 repairs they still couldn't fix my 2 year old GE range/oven so they blamed it on my electrical service in my home, which I had checked and it's fine, and since they are not electricians HOW can they make that claim!!?? They shared that with my warranty company so now won't do anything to help me, this is totally unacceptable!
